At our boutique, we do not offer refunds.

We gladly accept size exchanges or product exchanges within 15 days of purchase, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

If the customer selects an item of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
